Bullitt BBX fastening set

Good day,

Did anyone manage to replicate the expensive fastening set for the BBX panels?
If I understand, the 'bottom' brackets are only inserted into the bottom frame holes, and therefore not fastened with a screw.

yes I already looked into that option, but have very bad experiences with 3d printed materials.
i was looking more for a diy hand made approach, with bolds and hinges and rubbers sort of speak.
