Here is how I installed my Weber schale in a way that was quickly removable.
I used 2 cargo straps to support the schale in a sling, one over the head tube and one threaded through the backrest of the Load. These pictures are my first design; my final design used 2 separate buckle straps at the bottom mounted to the lower side rails to hold the seat secure in all directions.
I threaded the headtube strap through the holes at the top to make a loop and also near the bottom of the seat so the weight would be supported as a sling:
Then the second strap just through the bottom to hold the seat inside. The weight at the bottom will rest on foam that will be laid in the floor of the cargo area:
