Before you finalize your order, please review the following to ensure a smooth experience:
Battery Cells: For logistical reasons, kits are shipped without battery cells. You’ll need to source cells from our approved partners. When you paid for cells in your previous order, you will have a positive balance.
Battery Mixer (Range Extender): If you ordered a battery mixer, these are delayed by about 2 weeks. You can either wait for them to arrive and have everything shipped at the same time or order them separately later (with a bit more of shipping costs).
Shipping and Taxes:
Shipping is via UPS (FCA terms), meaning any import taxes or duties will be charged by UPS upon delivery and are not included in the checkout price.
US Backers: Import taxes in the US are approximately 25% of the import price, which may increase costs. We’re setting up a US warehouse to reduce tariffs and shipping costs. Unless urgent, we recommend waiting for this option to save on expenses. It should be up and running by the end of June.
Bosch Powerpack Compatibility: If you plan to use the Infinite Battery to replace a Bosch Powerpack, note:
The bottom adaptor for the original Bosch connector is not yet available. Without it, you’ll need to cut cables to connect the battery.
As we’re still testing compatibility with various motor models, and that we cannot guarantee your specific model is yet compatible, we recommend waiting until we confirm your motor model or the custom Bosch discharge cover is ready. We will be testing more motors starting next week. Also keep in mind, that we will be releasing updates regularly to cover more and more brands and motors.

Bislang muss man neue Halterungen anbringen, zukünftig soll es wohl eine Lösung ohne Änderung der Halterung geben. Aktuell sollen die Batterien mit Bosch Active line und Performance line funktionieren/kommunizieren können, da habe ich nicht weiter nachgefragt, da ich kein solches System habe.Das hört sich zwar einfach an, aber ob es funktioniert? Ich habe da Zweifel.

Das weiß ich auch nicht. Vielleicht hat sich auch die Kommunikation zwischen Akku und dem übrigen System (Antrieb, Display) geändert. Ich erinnere mich, dass es alte Displays gab, die mit neueren Systemen nicht funktionierten und umgekehrt.
Ich möchte nur darauf hinaus:
Wenn man diese Akkus mit einem Bosch-Antrieb nutzen möchte, sollte man sich beim Akkuhersteller zusichern lassen, dass der Akku mit dem eigenen System kompatibel ist. Dabei sollte man sich nicht nur auf solche Schlagwörter wie "Bosch", "Active Line" und "Performance Line" u.s.w. verlassen, sondern genau den eigenen Antrieb identifizieren (Generation, Baujahr, Seriennummer), sich dazu schlau machen und sich das dann zusichern lassen, dass der Akku kompatibel ist.
Bei einem neueren Boschantrieb würde ich das ohnehin nicht empfehlen (Garantie oder Gewährleistung am Antreib).

wir haben die ja bei der Indiegogokampagne geordert, da haben wir ja Rabatt auf den Preis der jetzt angezeigt wird bekommen.
Die Idee ist ja dass Du später wenn irgendwann mal die Akkuzellen nichts mehr taugen den innerhalb von 10 Minuten nur mit einem Schraubenzieher bestückt dann neue Akkuzellen einfüllen kannst und 40 Samsungzellen bietet Gouach aktuell für 54,75 EUR an. Das hat schon seinen Charme.
Ausserdem gibts ja noch ein paar andere Features wie zum Beispiel Laden während der Fahrt mit USB-C, oder Akkukompatibilität zu Bosch, Panasonic etc. die sehr interessant klingen. Es gibt wohl ein paar Leute, die sich ein Solarlastenrad aufbauen, da ist so was ein gutes Feature. Oder, deine Handypowerbank als Range-Extender zu benutzen. So was geht alles mit dem Bosch-Akku nicht.
Ja ich bin auch erst überzeugt, wenn ich den Infinity-Akku in den Händen halte und er so funktioniert, wie beschrieben, schauen wir mal.
Es wird Schutzklasse IP67 angegeben was "Schutz gegen zeitweiliges Untertauchen (30 Minuten lang in bis zu einem Meter tiefes Wasser)" bedeutet. Das würde ich mir mit keinem Ebike-Akku trauen den ich kenne.
Das kann ich mir nur vorstellen wenn das Gehäuse zugeklebt wird und man die Dichtheit anschliessend auch testen kann. Das bekommt man dann möglicherweise nicht mehr so einfach auf. Weiß jemand mehr?

Es wird nicht verklebt, sonder die beiden Schalen des Gehäuses nur verschraubt, inkl. einer Silikondichtung umlaufend. Sieht recht ok aus, bei uns ist höchstens Regen eine mögliche Anwendung mit Wasser.
Nein, bisher auch noch nicht. Die Zellen von nkon aus den Niederlanden habe ich aber schon geordert.
